Built a UGD Smoker a couple weeks ago. I named him Oscar. I need to make his name plate yet. Anyways I built the air intake, exhaust, handles myself. The other parts I did buy just because it was more cost effective and my metal working tools are limited. I cooked on it this past Saturday for the first time. Did pulled pork and armadillo eggs. They turned out amazing. The drum ran great temps and held very steady only a few degrees each way from 250. This is my second build. I will probably built more of these drum smokers and I also have 2 more reverse flow smokers I can build. Just saving up money to start the next one. lol
