Hello everyone. I have long used to forum but never joined. I have been "Smoking" for about 7 years on a hand me down Brinkman and after years of novice smoking I finally decided to step up to an actual smoker. I got a Masterbuilt 30" Digital electric smoker and have had it for about a week. This is a whole new world and has taken my quality through the roof! I have the most experience smoking pork Eastern Carolina style and will be happy to help anyone with pointers. I look forward to being part of the community and learning to tackle other styles and meats.
