Hey everyone! I'm very new to smoking. My husband bought a char-grill pellet & I fell in love with cooking on it so he recently purchased me a Traeger 400. I use them both almost daily. So far I've made fish, chicken, corn, skillet potatoes & lobster tails. My crowning achievement were baby back ribs. They came out absolutely perfect. I'm looking forward to reading posts here & getting new ideas as well as sage advise.

Hello and welcome Pat, good to here everything is turning out. Ribs can be a little tricky, but you nailed it.
