New to smoking

Hello everybody. Im from Minnesota and Im new to smoking but have tried making homemade sausage and jerky. Im looking at at starting a fridge smoker build so I have a lot of questions for the people experienced with that process.  I have been a long to lurker and have already learned a lot and look forward to learning a lot more!
