I picked up a sirloin tip roast yesterday for $4.99/lb. because it seemed cheap to me…
I cut it up into 6 smaller pieces and vacuum packed them and put em in the freezer.
Now I need some ideas on how to make them! What is the best IT for them to keep them from drying out? Can you make pulled beef from them or not?
