New to smoking!

Hello all

Thought I better introduce myself. I am in Minnesota and it is brrrr right now and windy! My smoker just arrived it is a MES 40 window 2nd gen. Hope I like it. I am really new at this and hope to learn a lot so I can smoke the right way and good tasting food. Thanks for all your support and help.
