Greetings from Oklahoma! Just moved back here from southern California and am enjoying cooking on my grill almost every night. I use a 22.5 Weber grill for all my grilling and smoking. I am kind of a knucklehead because I've had various types of smokers through the years and I find that I don't need anything more than this. My neighbor has a fancy 'Traeger' smoker but I make better BBQ. I have some modified grill tops for it so that I can cook larger, taller cuts of meat but usually never have a problem. I also have a chargrill gas grill that I have set up for cold smoking (w/ventilation over hot plate w/flavor pack). Hello everyone!
