Hi,everybody! I'm Bob. I've been lurkin around the site for awile,and decided to finally join so I can share my build.
I'm originally from fort worth but currently live in joshua tx. Anyway i'm building a 250gallon reverse flow on trailer. I'll start a topic with pics. In the reverse flow section.

Glad to have you join. Finishing a build myself. Going from grill/smoker combos to a 125 gallon reverse offset. Tried of only being able to do 3 slabs of BB or 1 Brisket at a time. Can't wait to see how things change with the thick steel and more room. Good luck on the build, look forward to seeing pics. Keep it LOW AND SLOW.
