Hi everyone I'm new to smoking and very excited about my new CHARGRILLER DUO with side firebox. I have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA how to use the smoker part but I am looking forward to learning! I'm Open to all help and suggestions!!!

Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
