I'm just starting out just got a masterbuilt 30 I have a couple racks of ribs almost done and about half way with a about 5 lbs briskett.

Took everything to a family function ribs ended up great the briskett don't do so good back to the drawing board I figured not bad for first timer,the wife is going to finish the briskett off in the oven today.
