New Smoker from NY

Hi All,

   Mike from Long Island, NY here. I fooled around with a smoker box on my gas grill for a while but just bought a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker. Looking to learn all I can about using it to it's full potential. I tested it out with some fresh polish kielbasi & apple wood. Pretty darn good. I hope to learn the ins & outs as well as the dos & dont's on the forum.

Working in a small butcher shop, we have seen an up tick in requests for items like brisket, butts & beef ribs!
