I took advantage of recrteq sale a couple of weeks ago the RT-1250 was on sale and you could add a RT-340 for $399. Fired up today and did the burn in. I cooked on the RT-340 tonight. Made meatloaf Mrs liked it. cooked at 225 till IT of 165, put some BBQ sauce on it turned it up to 320 and pulled it off at 177 IT. Temp was very stable with no hot spots. Got a nice smoke ring.
