Hi all. I’m Jeff and this is my first time posting. I’m 31 and from buffalo ny area. I just did my first few cook outs on my new Lang 36 and figured I’d post a few things. I started 2 years ago on a cheap offset then moved to a wsm 18 then just got the Lang last week. I am very surprised by the level of skill it requires and also happy because I want to grow and learn with this hobby. Wouldn’t be fun if it wasn’t a challenge. Hope to post more and looking to meet you
