Looking forward to finally contributing on the forum after lurking for the last few years. I’m in the NW suburbs of Chicago, Die hard Cubs, Bears, and Hawks fan.
I’ve been smoking for the last 5 years with my Weber Summit 4 Burner (with pretty darn good results I must say), but have gone to a dedicated smoker now. I have a Landman 3405BGW propane, 4 shelf.
I believe everything taste better with bacon.
