New Member here. Finally got a smoker (ECB) and had my first two skome sessions. I've been grilling for years and have always wanted a smoker. I've also been making jerky in the over (I know, shame on me). Looking forward to giving it a shot soon.

Take some time and look around at the jerky section for ideas and then take a strole around there are other things to smoke and they taste great.
