New Member here. Finally got a smoker (ECB) and had my first two skome sessions. I've been grilling for years and have always wanted a smoker. I've also been making jerky in the over (I know, shame on me). Looking forward to giving it a shot soon.

Anyway, thanks for all ther great information!

Hey mparry, Welcome to the forum. As cheech & Gunslinger have said, look through the Jerky section, there aer many posts. Something should catch your attention. :)
