New member but have been lurking for some time. I am somewhat new to smoking....1.5 years or so, but I am really getting into it recently. I have recently upgraded from a 30 MES to a 40 MES Bluetooth and really like it. I also have a Smoke Canyon Vertical Smoker with Offset Fireboxbut rarely use it due to the ease of the MES. I am also using a A-Maze-N Pellet Smoker 12-18" Expandable Tube Smoker for cold smokes and just added smoke in the MES. Really happy to be a part of the community.
