I'm a construction worker in Seattle WA. On a budget so I've been using a Brinkman electric smoker for years. Turns out, impossible to find a new element for it that cost less than a new smoker. I ended up switching to a Master Forge 2 door gas smoker. Going to use my Thirsty Bird rub on some chicken and try it out tonight.
