Hi my name is Tiny,
Wifey got me a shiny red Brinkmann gourmet electric smoker for birthday. Just trolling the site getting familiar with it. I owned a little toy lure Jensen smoker several years ago and enjoyed it. Looking forward to learning the tricks of the trade from you pros. Looks like a great site to get my learn on. Thanks for the warm welcome!!

Tiny, welcome to SMF!  Congrats on the new smoker and a wife smart enough to buy you something so you'll do all the cookin'!  My wife has been doing that to me for decades.
