I have been on this site for about a month now and finding a lot of valuable info, I have the Bella Gen.2 smoke generator installed on my gas smoker, used it only 2 times so still learning, love it so far. I smoked pork ribs 2 times , used the recipe from Sheels.com site , honey glazed spare ribs are great probably will add 20 lbs and several inches to my pant size , but we love this site and the advice we get here
