Hi my name is Chris im out of central california i have been smoking for about a year now my main smoker is a home made drum smoke and have mainly smoked tri tips, beef ribs, pork ribs and whole chickens out of it i also have a bradley classic that i smoke mainly waterfowl and planning on trying fish in.

Hey Chris.  Welcome!  I had to look up Easton and completely forgot I'd been through there hundreds of times on 41 when stationed at NAS Lemoore decades ago.  Glad you found SMF and are an experienced smoker.  If so inclined, be sure to share pics of your home made drum setup and your smoked results.  It is fun getting ideas from others and sharing what works for successful results. Glad you joined the family.
