Just came across this forum and look forward for any tips and tricks along with sharing some stuff myself. Been a propane BBQ’er for years but going to be acquiring my first smoker very soon, will be between a GMG Ledge or a Louisiana Grill Founders Legacy 800. Will still have my regular BBQ so suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Outside of BBQ enjoy sports mainly hockey and video games along with posting some social media content of what I make when I remember to.

Thanks, I hope I can get some answers here. I have a circa 1950 brick fire pace in my back yard and it has 2 metal doors next to fireplace opening. could this have been a smoker?
