Hi all, my name is Bob AKA Shasta Bob, i live in Central Point, Oregon. i love to smoke meat and Bass fish. last weekend i smoked a 12 lb. Turkey breast on sat. am then turned right around and smoked 2 boston butts for pulled pork about 15 lbs of pulled pork in my Bradley OBS with a auber PID controller. it will be a pleasure to be included on your site & forum.
