Greetings to all!

Excited to join the community. As the thread title states, I'm a KCBS competitor and certified judge/table captain out of Georgia. Competition team size of 1. Cooked in 5 events and placed in 3 of them. Spent the last two years judging to better understand the palettes of other judges.

In the process of building my first offset smoker. I'm documenting the process on you tube under the name . The process has been fun and Bourbon, blades and barbecue educational. Most of the metal work I've done has been new for me, so please don't judge the techniques too harshly. Once I'm done with this smoker, I plan to put it on the competition circuit and see how I do...
