My name s Bruce. I'm from Michigan,USA . I'm a vet, and I'm getting started in smoking and would like to be better. I camp every weekend all summer long, and during deer hunting season. I love to fish more though. Nothing better that a freezer full of venison and fish.
I currently own two grills and a stand up, propane smoker. But I'm in the market for a wood pellet smoker to up the game and get better.
I don't know much about sjoking and smokers so any and all advice will help.
