I just joined today and I'm glad to be here!
I live in Texas and just recently purchased a mbes.I've done plenty of smoking but this is my 1st electric smoker(moved to an apt and billowing smoke is a bad idea).I hope to get some great advice on using the electric smoker and maybe I can offer some advice as well.
