New guy with new smoker.

Well.broke down and finally bought a smoker. Got an Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn combination smoker and gas grill. FYI for anyone in Austin area Academy outdoors has these grills at $100 off this week at $299. Thought it was too good a deal to pass up. Will be assembling and seasoning the grill tomorrow. Hopefully with a minimum of cussing. Can't wait to smoke my first brisket.
