Hi, Ive been a Smoker for about 4 years but I spend a lot of time on the road that actually cooking and Smoking so Im not a regular week in week out guy, 

I live in Southern california so I can't blame the weather when I am at home.

I use a Bar B Chef Smoker from BBQ Galore. (Discontinued)

Last Smoke I did was 4 Racks of Ribs and they tasted Perfect.
