Road trip starting Sunday to Tn to pick up granddaughter, then onto MD for couple days then to GA to drop off granddaughter then to TN to my nephews He is a LA County FF.

Going to be my last 3 mixes for this week.
The flour is.
1200g Janies mill organic artisan BF
150g 14%p whole wheat BF
Will add 31g sea salt
300g starter (after peaks in couple hrs)
990g water. (reserve 50g for adding later if needed)
Mixing in the zacme and then separate bowls for 3 diff flavors. Each bowl will get 1 round of SnF then 4 coils at 30 mins apart.
So
1 regular SD
1 SD nutritional yeast roasted garlic
1 SD roasted garlic, nutritional yeast, chia, flax, hemp.
Dont use Braggs yeast, has to much junk in it.
I use Jovvily nooch.

Only got the seeded dough.
Will it work? Will the garlic kill the starter?
Like my PA Amish friend said :Hard tellin not knowin"

Looks like a good start Rick. Have a good and safe road trip and good visits. LA County in TN???
 
OK makes sense was trying to figure out where LA was in TN lol. Had residency requirements way back when I worked FD flying in wouldn't work heck living in the next county didn't work
