Hello everybody, Happy Easter! I have learned alot from everyone on here and made some great meals. It is now time to take pics to prove that I'm kind of a big deal around here! j/k. I smoke on a brinkman smoke n pit, for about 4 yrs. Doin pork loin, country style ribs, chicken breast, and two whole chickens today for easter!
