New Guy from Slovenia

Hello everyone. My name is Jason and I am originally from Maryland but currently reside in Slovenia with my family for work. I brought my off-set barrel smoker with me and have been working hard to familiarize myself with the smoker. I really enjoy smoking, especially ribs and pork butt but am looking to venture into brisket soon. Also been reading a lot about modifying my smoke for reverse flow, so will no doubt be reaching out for advice. Happy to be a part of the smoking community and look forward to reading everyone's posts.

Welcome Jason. Keep in mind supermarket beef in Eastern Europe is not that great. You might want to get your briskie at specialty shops. Or look for imports from South America ($$$).
