New guy from Pittsburgh PA

Hi All,

I am new to the forum but not new to smoking. I currently use 3 different smokers. I have a propane smoke vault that is my main smoker now, I also have a 22.5 WSM that I don't use near as much as I should and I also use a home build 8 x 8 room that I smoke about 400lbs of sausage in twice a year.

I found this forum and just read though about 72 pages in one thread about the Masterbuilt 40 smoker. I think I am going to buy myself one for christmas along with a A-Maze-n pellet smoker.

I am looking forward to sharing what I know and learning alot more from all of you.

I feel like everyday is a cold rainy day in Pittsburgh recently, But I still plan on doing a good but of smoking done and producing some good meat.
