Peace everybody,

Ive been a smoking/bbq'n enthusiast for a few years now. I started off on a weber kettle, moved to an electric smoker, scored a sweet deal on a okie joe, and recently pulled the trigger on a yoder ys640 that should be here just in time for labor day.

If anybody has any tips on the yoder that would be awesome!!
