Just wanted to pop in an say hi. I have been smoking meats for a couple years. I currently use a Yoder YS640 at home and a Traeger Junior on my camper.

I would consider myself a hobbie smoker. I like to smoke all kinds of meats and just cold smoked cheese for the first time and it turned out awesome (going to smoke salt and nuts next).

Looking forward to being apart of the forums.
