Hello everyone, new guy from Alberta Canada, new to this forum, started lurking the other day as I am looking at building an offset reverse flow. (24” x 70”) They are definitely not common up here so I am creeping the forum for some ideas I guess. Been cooking very regular on Big Green Eggs for years now, have a Bradly electric that I use for doing bacon and jerky. Enjoy cooking outdoors year round and I’m excited to add an offset that can be used for larger functions. (Wasn't sure where to be posting so this was posted twice)
