Hi everyone I'm Dave from Wisconsin and I just picked up a new master built smoker I enjoy it so far. I already made a steak tenderloin and porkchops. I will Try smoking some cheese. Any tips would be appreciated glad to be part of the group. Thanks
 
Thanks,does anyone have any ideas what the best wood would be for cheese?
