hey yall just got a smoker(stick burner) and tryin to read up some info .
I found a basic rib rub online and will be smoking 2 st louis cut slabs tomorrow.
i have never ran a grill or smoker before so in soaking in all the gr8 info on the site..
my buddy said tip #1 is stay on top of the fire !!
any tips for tomorrow ?
