Hey everyone I just completed smoking my first piece of meat tonight (it's was 15 for a high today here), boy was it a learning experience. I think everything turned out OK though.

I'm currently using and unmodded Brinkman smoke'n grill, that a friend of mine gave me. I plan to start smoking game meats as well as whatever else I feel like trying.

I hope to learn a lot from this sight.
 
It was the pork loin on my other post, I believe you commented on it as well
