My name is John and I am from Mandeville, LA  (suburb 25 miles north of New Orleans)  I have been grilling/smoking for 20+ years as a hobby.  I have been grilling/smoking for the past six years on a Big Green Egg XL . Looking forward to learning more thru this forum.
