So i needed to smoke something Sunday just to relax so i found a clearance brisket flat and a rack of babies and relax i did!

I used my WSM 22 (bullet) and some royal oak lump with pecan chunks...

i love those webers. Yours looks in much better shape. my sheep used mine as a rubbing post and after it fell over they decided they could play on it.

Looks nice. Smoking meat is always fun and relaxing around here.
 
looks tasty Aaron, yeah I find smoking "meats" relaxing too, just wish I had more time to do it.
