Well folks my 2nd annual "Call Out Of Work Sick" party is being planned, hopefully I have a better turnout than last year (Me and the dog)
Here's the Original post from last years event.
Time 9 am - the wife gets home
email or call to reserve your spot today
Here's what I got so far
In the pit (Frank)I will be doing about 40lbs of Picnic/Butts for our Scout Christmas Party for the 15th.
I'll throw on 3 racks of BB Ribs for the "Call Out Of Work Sick" guests
The fire pit will be going all day with coolers of meat to pick at.
Buffalo wing Skeweres
Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin Pot Stickers.
Beef Tenderloin.
I have some Duck or Goose (not sure which) that I want to cook up as well, should I smoke these, I figured I would smoke them and make a Gumbo with them. advice needed here.
Couple of Guys are bringing Kielbasa Poultry and some other things.
Alcoholic Beverages, Killians on tap, Abita, Coors light (ugh), Jack Daniels, Goldschläger and many more.
So any input other than Bring Pepto (lol) would be appreciated, especially on the duck/Goose.
