So my competition smoker wont be done with the modifications until mid December. I am competing in the Smokin Flamingo in JAX the weekend before Thanksgiving. The only smokers I have now are two pellet cookers which wont do all the meats for the competition. Anyone willing to let me borrow their cooker? I was looking for another pellet cooker, Insulated gravity cooker etc. I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks
