NASCAR is back and we are celebrating with a meal of Baby Backs, Potato salad, Candied Jalapenos and Baked Beans, T-Roy style while watching the CLASH at Daytona. The grandson asked if we could have the same exact thing next Sunday for the Daytona 500. Absolutely we will!!!

He's great. I cook a lot of things that he has done. I watch Malcom Reed as well. I use Malcom's Killer Hogs rubs most of the time.

If you haven’t, you should check out James. “Aim em and claim em” he’s a friend of T-Roy’s and is on his channel sometimes. He has a good channel too.
I have learned a lot from watching Malcom Reed too.
