Hi folks!

I've been stealing info and tips off this site for about a year now, so I figured I better fess up and make an honest man outa me.
I started getting into smoking last year after my son and I built our own version of the UDS. After a year of using it, I never could quite get it right, so I retired that smoker and bought a Smoke Hollow 44" propane smoker last month.
I really like this unit. It holds temps real well. I'm working on getting it fine tuned with my A-Maze-n Pellet Smoker. I think I got it figured out. We'll know for sure after today's smoke.

Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks for all the info I've been able to use. It really is a great help.
