Anyone else besides me like Spam? I use it a couple different ways including Spam carving for the SpammyJammy. I've used Spam in everything from beans and rice, Asian stir fry, and a Spam version of a Hot Brown.

I like it but maybe not as much as you I have it maybe 2 or 3 times a year fried with some eggs
 
Grew up on it and growing up in Minnesota, I was able to tour the plant in Austin.
I don't use it very much anymore, too much as a kid.

Spam is a childhood thing for me. Now it’s just too salty and I prefer making my own ham from fresh, turns out just how I like it, not canned my ham, but I sure could.
