well ok this is one of my varients lol. already canned up 12 pints of 6 mild and 6 spicy regular tomato salsa and 6 quarts of MY salsa. no one else accept a few daring friends will eat it. XXX hot. many habenaros and others but thats a different story.

tonight i am jaring up some peach mango. i love this stuff. sweet as candy apples but look out. 5 mangos 6 peaches 3 large onions 10 habenaros (7 were orange 3 were carribian reds) a lil water with the onion to help puree. proccess till the mangos peaches and onion are the consistancy of apple sauce. mix add a couple spoons of oregano simmer till good n hot and jar. process like other salsas to can. yummy. ouchy lol. got to be somewhat of a chili head to eat this stuff. but its dang good..

That sounds pretty awesome. Saved for future reference/theft...JJ
