I have to tell you guys about this past weekend's purchases. !st, I bought the 44" Smoke Hollow 2 burner smoker. 2nd, a 3 basket 2 burner fryer, 3rd, a grill top for my Blackstone, then last , but not least, a 4 pan propane/natural gas steam table. I will post pics on here later. I haven't used either one yet. I'm home alone this week. The wife and kids went to the beach without me, so no need to cook.
By the way, the steam table, I plan on putting a set of casters on it so I can roll it on and off the trailer so I can use it in my vending efforts. I start working nights this weekend so I can cook more on Friday and Saturday nights. I will only have to work Sunday nights to Wednesday nights, so that works great for me. I have an event scheduled for the 2nd week of November already. I'm cooking at an all Harley drag and swap meet. I hope them bikers like fajitas, because that's what I'm cooking.
