the chorizo supreme. Fresh baked bread, straight out of the oven of course. Two types of hand crafted chorizo, semi-dry chorizo sliced thin, on the bottom, next a chorizo link split in half,
cheddar cheese to line the hoggie roll and all topped with a roasted and peeled poblano Chile.
