my first smoke

just got my wsm 22.5 and was thinking of doing a smoke tonight. i cant get a boston butt and its already 3:30pm so i was wondering what should i do for my first smoke tonight. any suggestions??

Boston butt is always the easiest, and most forgiving, to try first.

Actually, ribs would be too involved right now, not to put you down, but a good Short Rib or Chuckie would be a better first cook. We don't want you to get Jaded and quit. And these take less time than a Butt.
