Took a small sirloin end roast. Used a combo of apple and cherry. Jeffs orig dry rub altered a little i tented it at 160° and pulled it at 200°. As far as smoke time(6hrs) cook time at 240° about 10 1/2 hrs. Had full intentions of mixing jeffs bbq sauce into it,but it was so good plain it never got there lol.
